Branson Ridge RV Resort is located one mile from Branson's Silver Dollar city, not far from Missouri's Ozark Mountain High Road. This quiet, peaceful resort is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the"Show Capital of the World." Yet, it still offers access to entertainment, shopping and activities of Branson and Table Rock Lake, all just minutes away.
Our family had a very nice time camping here. The campsite was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were invited to tour the resort to become members and our tour guide Ronnie did a wonderful job! He was not rude when we denied the offer, it's just not in our plans right now. He completely understood and still made us feel very welcomed to be there. We will most definitely be back.
We just stayed here this week, and we met with Ronnie to discuss an Ocean Canyon membership. From the moment we walked in, the front desk associate helped our kids color and draw pictures, and they loved it. Ronnie did a great job explaining the details of a membership and gave us a tour of the facility. There are RV sites, hotel style rooms, cabins, and even a house that accommodates up to 12 people at the resort. They have an indoor game area, as well as an indoor salt water pool. They are beginning construction on a new outdoor pool, and there is also a kids' jungle gym and many trails to walk. The bathrooms are extremely clean, and that speaks volumes about how the resort is cared for. Not everything is perfect, but you can see they are updating the resort, and I hope to see it again one day. Every site is full hookup and includes about 100 cable channels. They have a store and a pizza place at each resort. They closed at 5, and we were still setting up our RV when we realized our sewage hose was not long enough. I went to the store and found an employee who helped me even though they were close. We really appreciated him going out of his way to open the store after hours. The service we received while staying here was, like we were family. The presentation took about 2 1/2 hours. They said it would be 90-120 minutes, but Ronnie was very thorough and explained everything to us. We were ok with the time, as it was very informative. With the purchase of a premier membership, you also become a Coast to Coast member. You also get other traveling services for those who like to take a vacation without their camper. In the end, the membership didn't work for our current situation. If you are thinking about staying here, but afraid it will be similar to a timeshare with high pressure, don't be. I will say that once you say it's not right for you, they will have their manager talk to you for a few minutes as well. When I told him it wasn't right for us, he thanked us for coming and left. That being said, I do believe this membership is great for many campers out there. Unfortunately, at this time, it just didn't make sense for our family.
We really enjoyed our stay there. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They keep the park well maintained and looking great. The manager is fantastic extremely helpful and friendly. We have known Michelle and John when they were working at texoma Shores. OCP is lucky to have them working for them.
RV campground personnel is a great, helpful group. Didn’t stay in their rooms, but in our RV. We’ve been there several times. Never a complaint. Will go again!
My family and I stayed here over the Labor Day weekend.
Customer Service deserved five stars.
The area was beautiful, and the overall service was much better than any RV resort we have stayed at. The employees were friendly and helpful. They always had several people available. They even delivered our firewood and ice to the campsite.
The amenities were more like three stars.
Every spot had full hookups, which was nice. The closest bath house to us had issues. Only 1 of 3 toilets worked in the men's and 1 of 3 bathrooms worked in the women's. The "heated" pool was so cold that I wanted nothing to do with it. The kids did not mind, however.
We sat through their presentation. It was not the right fit for us, but I see how it would benefit the right family.
