This is our 2nd year camping at Roundup Lake Campground. The themed weekends are so cute and fun for us and our grandkids (ages 3 & 4.) We have so much fun every time we camp there (weekenders.) They offer so much for kids/families to participate in at no extra charge. There is something every hour during the weekend to entertain your family from crafts, games, hayrides, themed characters, arcade, ice cream shop, snack bar, outdoor movie theater, listening to the band on the beach, amazing fishing, adult bingo, kids bingo, food trucks, meat truck, delicious breakfast at the beach lodge on Sundays and more!
The staff from check in, all the way to checking out has been kind and helpful and they truly seem like they care about their guest.
Thank you for all that you offer to your guest, we will definitely keep coming back!
The campground has so much potential. The amenities are awesome for kids. Unfortunately, the campground isn't well cared for though. There is trash everywhere and the bathrooms aren't cleaned. Guest aren't made to respect the sites. Teenagers are working the place and they aren't go getters. They literally just sit there on their phones their entire shift. Even the lifeguards aren't serious about their job. Step it up and this would be an amazing place.
Absolutely fantastic campground. We have gone here for multiple weekend events and couldn’t ask for a better family oriented place. We have a 4 and 3 year old and there are tons of activities geared towards them. The sites are quiet and you get the camping experience of just sitting by a fire and relaxing, but have the option to go join in in activities. Food trucks and meat guy make it super easy to come out for the weekend without having to pack up your entire kitchen. We love spending some time in their arcade area and getting ice cream or spending the day at the beach playing in the water and sand. Live music is great. We already have our next event planned. This place is one of a kind.
Went here with some friends. Apparently it was "dinosaur weekend." They clearly go through great lengths for families to have fun, things to do, and to make happy memories. The park was also well maintained and even had modern updates like wifi and schedules displayed on TV screens in certain areas. The restrooms and showers were clean. Very pleasantly surprised.
Love visiting this camp ground. I really appreciate all they do for the kids and plan to visit again next summer. This last visit, we stayed in the larger cabin with about 12 people. I would definitely suggest bringing air mattresses. The ones provided are 4 inch worn-out foam, placed on a thick piece of plywood. The ground outside would be softer.
