We spent 2 days at Rockin Sunset RV at $40.50 per day (after military discount) for FHU with a concrete pad and gravel roads. All the utilities worked as expected except the cable. It did not work at all, however, I didn’t care as I received over 70 channels OTA. The free WiFi was not better than most rv parks. AT&T internet was fair, at best. Verizon appeared good. The park has a lot of grassy areas around a 7 acre lake filled with fish, turtles and geese, a swimming pool and fenced in playground area. The bathrooms, showers and laundry rooms were newish and in great shape. The park offers a full kitchen and coffee bar for all residents to use. In talking with residents, we learned many have been here years and have nothing but great things to say. I-20 is nearby and can be heard all day/night. The only bad thing was the dogs barking. On Friday they started at 6 am. We will not return.

Great place to stay close to Dallas. Easy in and out. Our site was long enough for our 70 ft RV and trailer. Concrete site with full hookups. Park had nice gravel roads with nice grassy areas at the sites. Owner was friendly during check in. Would stay here again when we travel back in that area.

This is a lovely park. It has electric, sewage, and water hook ups. There is a laundry facility as well. Plenty of room for a big rig (we are 70 foot). At least 90% of residents are long term. They have some trees planted not quite big enough to provide shade. Our site had a cement pad as did at least half the other sites. The owner (lady) was friendly. We stayed there when it was very wet as it had been raining The roads are graveled nicely. There was nicely groomed grass at each site. They have a beautiful pool and lamp posts that provide light after dark. Pet friendly with nice grassy area for them. There was no table at our site but some sites have them. No fire pits/grills at sites (so bring your own). There was a lot of noise from the interstate that is close by and a neighbor both nights ran his diesel truck for about 20 minutes both times after midnight (not the owners fault). We would stay here again.

I've been a customer for about 3 years and have very few criticisms they do from time to time activitys. They recently did more road work and the staff really try to assist and help when needed. There play ground needs an update severely, and wish they would fix there hot tub but besides from that this place is too notch πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ˜Š

Rockin Sunset is a great place to spend a few nights, weeks or even years. The campgrounds are clean and the community center is a good place to hang out. The pool and fishing pond was our favorite spots to be.
