We stayed here for a little over 7 months ( we travel with our business) and it was a nice stay. Everyone for the most part got along and we never saw any drama. It's a big park and most everyone was nice. We stayed in a pull thru spot and our neighbors were very nice. Owners are very nice as well. Next to the river and also I-5 ( a little white noise). Would come back in the future.

I am rating them as an employer. We have lived in the park since it’s opening. We filled this park with people and established a way of running the park efficiently. In the end I was accused of stealing (with zero proof) and fired right when they would have to start paying me top tier wages.

In the 27 months that they have been paying either both of us - just my husband for the last 22 months of those 27; 11 times they have NOT paid us or him on time. Out of those 11 , we/he had to remind them 4 times. We never know how he’s going to get paid, be it check or Direct Deposit, it’s random.

These people built this place on the backs and hard work of other people and can’t be bothered enough to make sure to pay their employees on time and in a consistent manner.

Today marks the 11th time his paycheck has been late. And yes I know the 5th landed on a Sunday…that has not stopped them before.

I have stayed in several RV parks across the nation through my Good Sam Membership and this is the park I call my "home base." I am retired and very picky about, amenities, cleanliness and peace. The big bonus here is the customer service, They "Dan and Tiffany" the owners will jump through hoops to satisfy your stay. The park is very well maintained. Clean showers, bathrooms and laundry facilities. "Here's a priceless tip!" There's an employee there named "Josh" and he can tell you the hidden spots for trout, bass, salmon and steelhead. Oh, he's gonna hate me for giving him up. Love you guys!

I would never stay here. The park so called manger will yell at you. No communication like a adult. The only person that is half way decent is the landscaper. There rules are extremely ridiculous and like I said if u break the rules, you will get yelled at. Horrible feeling to walk in eggshells. Would keep driving if I were you.

This is a good place to stay or live long-term. The park is kept clean and orderly. The rules are enforced but fair.

4 stars mainly the location although convenient and quiet traffic wize the i-5 and rr track accross the river create a noticeable nose. More so the i-5 than the 5 or 6 trains a day do.

But I feel it's worthwhile for the river view.
