Andy, the owner, is a nice guy. He keeps the ground mowed and picked up, and also does very thorough background checks, which is nice, especially when you have kids. Prices are very reasonable. Right across from the bay. Laundry machines are only $1. Fair warning: don't leave valuables outside if you're close to the street. That is no fault of the owner, that's just the area/town of Coos Bay and comes with the territory.
I lived at Kelly's rv Park almost a year it has bathrooms for tenants showers if you need one, it is coin-operated cable garbage water , including Some of the most magnificent sunsets i've seen when I lived there
