It's a good campground if you're looking to get murdered in your sleep. Creepy, overgrown and not well maintained. No security whatsoever

Love this campground. It’s truly a gem. It’s sad to see the way that some people treat it (leaving trash, vandalism, etc.), but most treat it well and try to clean up after the bad apples.

I posted photos of the juvenile barred owls that are in the campground. Photos were shot in latter June. Rare and beautiful to find watching me for the three days I was there. They are curious and cute and have a softer voice than the adult. They sound like they are chattering with each other. Because they were doing this while watching us I assume they were talking about the curiosity of humans. ❤️

Very nice campground, not crowded and it is free to camp! Not the best bathroom but it is way out there so that isn't a surprise. The kids had a wonderful time there. Lots of berries and wildlife, and a pretty little creek.
