Hot showers, water, electricity, trash dumpster, scenic,wifi.
Very little shade, lots of road noise, high priced and management never available. I've never even seen her. Other than that it's great.
My husband and I have lived here for almost two years, and it is the best place to live, camp or relax, respect, friendliness, tranquility, and security. I love this place
