Great place, friendly folks, great trails. I have stayed at what I think is all the different places to stay that has trails to rise and this place is one of the best. It is a bit dated but the friendly people and the quiet camp site makes up for it by far. We had one problem with the shower head but I mentioned it to Valerie and it took Travis maybe 5 minutes to replace. That is awesome and unlike any other place I have stayed. The trails are great and you get a chance to see different terrain depending on which side of the road you choose. Some reviews state that the RV spots are small. This is true but with some careful parking you should be able to make it work and I would bet if you got with Valerie she can make something work if at all possible. Valerie and Travis, Thanks for a great experience and the feeling that you wanted us there and not just my money. MUCH BETTER PLACE THEN MULBERRY MOUNTAIN!!!

Update. This place has new owners. That being said the trails have not changed but when I was planning my trip I was unable to get a response about making my reservation. I was told to send a text and someone would get back to me. After a couple of days of hearing nothing, I sent them a message through Facebook. Instead of trying to help me make a reservation I was once again told to send a text. We decided to stay elsewhere as we were not confident after this BS that staying there would be as smooth as it has always been in the past.

If you are an ATV/OHV enthusiast this is the place for you. We camped here with our fifth wheel and RZR for a week during the fall of 2022. Hundreds of miles of beautiful trails to explore. All levels of difficulty. This place is absolutely breathtaking.

The campground is basic with fairly narrow pull through spots but we were extremely happy with our spot. We have a 39 fifth wheel with three slides and there was room for our truck and RZR too.

Greg the owner was fantastic. I called and left a message and Greg got back to me right away. We booked just the week before and he moved a few things around to accommodate our stay. He called the day before to see what time we would be arriving however we were running late so he called about a couple hours after to make sure we were ok.

When we were ready to hit the trails we went to the main office to find out which ones to hit and Greg spent about 20 minutes with us helping us Download the Maprika Ozark OHV map and showed us what trails to hit.

We rode for six days and met some amazing people.

We would definitely recommend if you are a riding enthusiast.

Outstanding Experience at Macks Pines!! Never have been there and the hospitality from everyone was welcoming. We call for a last time trip for New Years and got to stay in cabin 5 and could not ask for anything better. Right by the trails!. Last but not least they can cook! Had about every meal at the cafe. We definitely be back again

This is a wonderful place to go and ride your Atvs. Greg was such a remarkable and kind man, assisting us with downloading the maps and showing us how to use them. I can’t wait to visit this place when it is officially open.
