Juliet the office manager is completely unprofessional and rude. She likes to rent RV spaces to people and then move them over and over again even after you've given a deposit and one months payment. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this place as you can.
Worst place we have ever stayed!!! Barely could fit our 22 ft. Trailer on the lot. Our car was parked in front off the street. And to charge $70 a night! Office was closed for the weekend when we arrived. Didn't have a site #. It said QR F. I was supposed to know that was our site? Also went to do laundry. Sorry laundry for " residents only". Fine u want to run an RV community for 55 and above. Then DO NOT take campers!! This is the worst. Stay away!! We only stayed 2 nights. Met another couple who were here for 1 night. They were also shocked how awful the place was.
Booked this location after finding it on the web. Went to Denver to see our son and this location worked great. East correspondence with manager. Easy spot to back into even with my 39 foot camper. Got set up- Quiet location. Yes reconstruction was Going on but had no issues with that. Even stayed an extra day from our arranged planned 3 days. The 4 days there were great.
This is such a hidden gem in the city. We stay here every fall for a couple of months and absolutely love everything about this RV park and mobile home community and especially Juliette the lovely and very helpful park manager.
The proximity to the city is excellent. It is only twenty minutes from downtown and around the corner from a Target and Costco and a very short distance from a King Soopers and Walmart as well.
It is adjacent to Bear Creek Trail which makes it easy to get anywhere in the area on a bike. There is also a beautiful golf course across the street.
Currently, the property is experiencing a major renovation of its clubhouse, laundry and showers. We are excited to see the amenities after the overhaul is complete.
