Was nice at first then became the worst RV park experience overall. The manager is super nosey it’s border line harassment. Also the most expensive electricity I have experience as well. Mail is always sent back to post office. The post office worker even said that they only have issues with this park. There exact words, “ will take your money but not the responsibility!”

Can’t work on your vehicle at all!

We moved in several months ago and discovered that this rv park is tops! The roads are paved, the spaces are crushed asphalt and very well spaced among many shady trees. Bathrooms and laundry rooms are brand new and spotless. The management is very accommodating and available. There is a neighboring park just to the south with miles to walk and trails nearby to the South Platte for enjoyment. The owners and management have created a real home away from home for travelers and those of us who will enjoy our stay for months to come. Thank you Evans RV Park for making each day enjoyable!

We stayed here as we traveled through the area to visit family. I really appreciated being able to communicate via texting with the management. It was easy to get to. The kids liked seeing the cows across the road. The park is clean, although it lacks some features, like fire pits, picnic benches, a dog park and a playground. The site were big and nicely spaced out, however, we were not a fan of the woodchips as it seemed to bring more bugs than grass or rocks, so it wasn't pleasant to be outside for long. Looked nice though! I know they haven't been opened for long so I'm sure they'll continue to make improvements! We'd stay again if we return to the area.

We stayed here for about a week. The park is clean, well organized and the spots have good space between neighbors. The facilities are new and well maintained. We opted in to get their wifi and the guy came out super fast and worked with us to get it up and running smoothly. The park managers are extremely friendly and helpful! There is a park next door where I could easily take our dogs and go on runs. Definitely recommend staying here for either long or short term stays!

New, full hook-ups, great staff and facility, good space between campers. No dog park or play area for children. Showers and laundry are great. Will hear train noise regularly.
