The potholes are insane , the office people could care less about these hazardous streets . Save yourself the trouble.
Unpleasant staff, me and my partner called to try and coordinate purchasing a mobile home + move into hillcrest village, and all they would do was present obstacles for us and didn't even seem interested in assisting us. Took their rep 2 weeks to complete our application, something that takes a couple of hours.
HORRIBLE POTHOLES that they refuse to fix for the past 2 years streets are absolutely horrible ,can definitely damage your car . Avoid this place they don’t care about the people living here !
The area is nice and taken care of. The kids park is small but a nice walk. Friendly people and staff. I haven't seen chaos in there.
Came in a week ago and asked about a applying so that I could purchase a home and put into a lot. I was told that I just needed to prove income and have a good credit score. Filled out application online and provided those provided those, now it's just one obstacle and contradiction after another.
