I bought our very first RV here and was blown away by the quality of service from end to end. I had research nuCamp T@B 400 campers for some time and found exactly what I wanted on Apache's website. I called to inquire and spoke with Bill, who immediately became one of the most trusted salespeople with whom I've ever had the pleasure of working. He answered all of my questions clearly and patiently over the phone, and I decided to put down a deposit. Over the coming two weeks, I had all sorts of questions. I would be driving up to Portland from Santa Cruz, so I had to make sure that I understood everything I needed to make a safe trip home. Bill answered countless emails and phone calls from me. He was always upbeat and helpful. I especially appreciated his honesty when I asked if I needed one thing or another for the camper. Rather than try to make an extra buck, he'd tell me if he thought an accessory I thought I needed was unnecessary. When the time came, my daughter and I drove to Portland and headed to Apache in Happy Valley, OR the next day. Bill adjusted his schedule to let us come in a little early, and he made sure we were well taken care of by the staff. Frank and Bob did a phenomenal job getting the hitch and sway bar system installed; Laura in finance was friendly and efficient with the paperwork and in processing the payment, and; Keith was incredible with the walkthrough tour and explanation of the camper. He answered all of our questions, explained things clearly, had a good sense of humor, and made sure we were all set for a smooth and safe two-day trip back to Santa Cruz. I was nervous given that I'd never towed anything before, but he gave us tips and tricks to ease my nerves. Keith also helped us get set up with the accessories we needed and, like Bill, didn't try to upsell products he knew we didn't need. Our trip home was terrific, the camper was comfortable, and towing was safe and stable. Thank you to our new friends at Apache! I only have one request...open a location on the Monterey Bay in California! We need you!

We had a good experience on the day we took delivery of our Flagstaff tent trailer, but found out later we had been a little bit hosed. The unit is good for a lightly-used model, but we were lied to about some of the items that SHOULD HAVE been included. We found out that the previous owners had had a mountable griddle and an extension for the dinette, but we were given a rusty old grill, NOT a ’pristine’ griddle, like the previous owner described in the documentation. The folks at Apache also said that there was no dinette extension, which simply isn’t true, so we’ll have to buy one. We also found that the awning has a broken leg, so we have to replace that on our own dime. Finally, the dual battery setup isn’t working properly, and we found out the hard way while dry-camping. Ran out of power after two days of normal use, and had to use our generator. I mean, the thing was a year old when we got it! With two batteries and a solar panel, we should easily be able to run for a week of light use. The solar panel doesn’t seem to charge the batteries at all. Overall, we’ve not been happy enough with them to continue going out there. I hate to be that way, but I can’t deal with dishonest sales people. Sorry to be a downer.

I needed some very specific information about the roof on my travel trailer that I bought from Apache 5 years ago. Josh in the service department was able to dig up the details for me in no time. Very friendly and professional. Expectations exceeded.

Great service. Josh kept us informed on the status of our trailer the entire time during the service.

On the sales side Erik Anderson is top notch and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a RV trailer.

Great deal and great service, Cody and his team were great to work with. I especially want to give a shout out to Josh in the service department and Jenna in financing for us. Both went above and beyond with the time and expertise. We got a great deal on an Artic Fox 27-5L 5th Wheel trailer. I Highly recommend this dealership and will use again if we are in the market for another RV
