There were docks, it was nice and quiet I could hear, the waves from the lake and the wind blowing. I would definitely come here again.
Very nice park, great place to go to if you need to unwind and breathe.
We've just moved here and went exploring around the area. The park is a great little fishing hole and relaxing area.
My husband and I drove over today 6/16/22 to check our campsite #2 that we booked (only one they had available) to camp w friends next week. The campsite was fine, but there is a huge road wash out you would have to try to back over to get in. When I called to tell them they said I must have been looking at 3 bc it is washed out. Nope...we were in 2. We canceled. Bummer bc we were looking forward to going. If they know site 3 is washed out there is no way they aren't aware of the road at 2.
Wonderful campground! Ms. Bryant was lovely and so helpful. I had been evacuated from another campground due to flooding and she made sure I was safe for night.
