We had a good experience on the day we took delivery of our Flagstaff tent trailer, but found out later we had been a little bit hosed. The unit is good for a lightly-used model, but we were lied to about some of the items that SHOULD HAVE been included. We found out that the previous owners had had a mountable griddle and an extension for the dinette, but we were given a rusty old grill, NOT a ’pristine’ griddle, like the previous owner described in the documentation. The folks at Apache also said that there was no dinette extension, which simply isn’t true, so we’ll have to buy one. We also found that the awning has a broken leg, so we have to replace that on our own dime. Finally, the dual battery setup isn’t working properly, and we found out the hard way while dry-camping. Ran out of power after two days of normal use, and had to use our generator. I mean, the thing was a year old when we got it! With two batteries and a solar panel, we should easily be able to run for a week of light use. The solar panel doesn’t seem to charge the batteries at all. Overall, we’ve not been happy enough with them to continue going out there. I hate to be that way, but I can’t deal with dishonest sales people. Sorry to be a downer.
