Headed South: Take Exit 680. Go right. Turn left at 1st light and make an immediate left along frontage road. Follow right to park entrance. Headed North: Take Exit 680 (Lake Blvd). Turn left. Go under freeway to 2nd light. Turn left. Make immediate left (almost a U Turn). Follow frontage road right to entrance of park.
This was our first time to this facility. The sites are level, but they are very narrow. We have a 36' foot 5th wheel and there are many full time people in the park. With that, it made it difficult pulling into the site because of the way that the neighboring occupants had their vehicles parked. Once we did get into the site, the new asphalt was so thick that their was between a 2 to 4 inch distance between the top of the asphalt and the dirt next to it, not to mention that the ground slanted away from the asphalt. We just finished unhooking our trailer, when I barely stepped back, and my foot stepped at a point of the asphalt that my ankle twisted because of the height difference and down I went. I heard a crack in my left ankle, scraped my right leg on the asphalt and my face hit a tree stump that was next to the site. We were in site #11. We ended up leaving and I found out the next day that I fracture my foot. Unfortunately, when you check in you sign away any liability for situations like this. They did reimburse us for our 1 night stay. I don't think we will be back there in the future. When you look at the pictures on their website, what we saw, didn't look anything like that?????
Excellent place to stay and the only place we stay in Tedding. Wehere every winter clean, great staff, close to shopping . I love the people who are running this RV park they’re helpful and always accommodating I love the staff. Michelle one of the groundskeepers I have gotten to know with my stays she is always good spirited.

If you're traveling with a dog, while they are dog friendly, there was not much grass to walk the dog.
Rained like crazy the entire time we were there.

Showers are Amazing! And Restrooms and Laundry Rooms are Kept up and very clean!
The Fire pit area is perfect for a relaxing evening. ( with the sound of the waterfall next to it!). Spaces are 👍great.
The Office staff are Amazing. Paul and Paula are the Best Ever. An issues (in which we have not experienced ourselves) are taking care of Immediately. Dog friendly Parr. And the dog park is great. The grounds are beautiful. Walking at night I feel safe! I would highly recommend this RV Park to Anyone!

We booked a spot last minute here around 4:30pm. We were charged an initial deposit of $50 (out of $65). Unfortunately our truck had problems over the pass so we had to stop early and didn’t make it to Redding. We called only two hours later to cancel, but their office was closed. In the morning management called and refused to reimburse us for our deposit. As someone who works in customer service, this is pretty poor service. Two thumbs way down 👎🏻
