Forested ten acres with a vast amount of Ponderosa Pine and some Douglas Fir trees on the property. The back part of the property is more open with stunning mountain views. Has a path leading into the property just as you reach the property off the main road. Nature at its most pristine and best.
You'll have access to the entire ten acres, park/camp where you please.
There's good cellphone connectivity on the land.

Great park for developmentally and physically disabled children. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the super judgy nearby residents. Let's open our hearts and minds and be more inclusive....
Pretty small quiet park with a good amount of poke stops. The place is a nest for Pokemon too. Currently Charmander are here. Good place to walk you dog and let it do its business here or let your kids play.
Quiet little park with nice lawn and plenty of equipment for Children to play. Only issue is lack of tree on the lawn so you would need to bring your own shield on sunny days.
An excellent park to take your kids for visit. Swings, slides, san box, nice grass field to toss the ball around.
Personally, I wish I had more shade trees, but was still able to manage.
