Spent 1 night here while traveling through the area. Found the owner quite personable and helpful when pointing out the many things to do in the area. He's just taken the site over recently so there were just the 10 or so pull through sites out front. Once he gets the other campsites set up, and upgrades the bathrooms and pool, it will be a better place to stay.

Honestly the nicest, cutest, peacefulist place I have been to in a long time. The regulars that live there, are so sweet and very helpful. The new manager rashell is amazingly sweet. She's very helpful and informative. She's new to the area but seems to have hit the ground running and turned that cute store into something worth checking out. Great prices, friendly faces, get treated like family and enjoy the amazing people I got to meet and Can not wait to go back to.

I really can't praise the staff at this campground enough. After a very long week of clearing my house out and loading up a big trailer with a car, and SUV full of my stuff my trailer broke a leaf spring on the 5. Trail in had space for me, booked me in the evening and was very flexible on if I needed only one night or a week or two based on parts availability and if I would need to leave it there. I was able to get the parts the next day and get it fixed and make it back to Montana.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the site safe, quiet, well stocked. The restroom and shower were amazing, especially the shower. While not aesthetically beautiful, it was incredibly functional, extremely hot or cold water on demand with high water pressure, which was such a blessing after being covered in dirt and blood replacing the suspension on a trailer in 100 degree weather.

Thank you!

Trail In is a pleasant, tidy place to stop along I5. Reasonably priced and even better with a Passport America membership. The way it’s positioned significantly reduces highway noise. Rashell was very kind and generous to us during our quick one night stay.

Nice campground that is a little off the freeway. Reasonably quiet, clean, & easy to get in & out. My site was about 70' long, so I didn't have to unhook for the night. I would definitely stay here again.
