Great townhomes at competitive pricing for a place in a college town. Timely shuttle that runs to campus every half hour. Great staff and management where issues were resolved promptly. Back patio is very nice with a lovely park in the backyard. Highly Recommend!!
This place is amazing. After I moved in, we had a few things in the apartment that needed to be replaced. Management was incredibly quick to fix/replace it. The units are very nice and had no large problems when we moved in. Management is great at promptly responding and very friendly. The only problem I ever have is occasionally the parking lot fills up especially on weekends where people have friends over. Overall 9.5/10 would recommend:)
I have lived here going on 3 years now, it was my first apartment and I couldn’t have chosen a more better place. They accommodated me, allowing me to take an extended lease so that I could move straight from the dorms into the apartment in May to help me obtain my Missouri residency. Management is always quick to respond, guaranteed same day responses. The best price on an apartment for quality in Columbia (in my opinion). The amount of space you have for the price so great. No place is perfect, but The Pointe gets pretty darn close to it! I recommend giving The Pointe a tour, you won’t be disappointed, 3 years later and I’m still a happy tenant!
Management is great here and has always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had and was very accommodating! I subleased from a tenant whose room I was going to be moving into anyways, so I able to move in straight from being on campus, which was so convenient. For the amount of space you get, it's a great deal, especially living on this side of town, which has many grocery stores and restaurants to visit. I absolutely love how big my closet is and having a park in my backyard!
The management is really nice and comes through w maintenance requests really quickly. A couple downsides is that they were already raising rates for next year in September of this year. I feel like i have not had time to settle in and decide if i want to live here again. And the walls in the unit are pretty thin. Other than that, the location is excellent, the living space is cozy, and the back park area is nice.
