This was my first time at this "campground" for my annual friends camping trip and will also be my last.. our campsites were covered with poison Ivy and also pretty swampy, their facilities were either broken down or dirty with no soap or hand sanitizer in the bathrooms or outhouses. And to top all of that the owners let their dog roam freely, and I didn't realize this until I was on a walk with my dog and their dog walked cautiously and aggressively towards mine and there was no one around to get him.. im just glad my dog and I got out of the situation unharmed. Moral of the story is go literally anywhere else, don't waste your money here.

This is a small country campground. The staff are extremely helpful and will even help back you in. The sites were large, and we had a little block behind us, which was very relaxing to listen to. For the most part everything was quiet. This is a very basic campground with a little bit of quirkiness. The pool was nice and clean and the folks who work there go all out to make you feel comfortable. Do not come here expecting a fancy campground. This is old school country camping at a nice price 👍 we loved it! We wish we could’ve stayed the whole week, but unfortunately we already paid for another place that wasn’t as nice as The Pines

Campground is very friendly and clean. Owner Michelle takes time out from running the office to do arts and crafts with the children every Saturday rain or shine. The Pines Campground is family runned and makes you feel like you are part of the family too.

I came here for a weekend with my family my kids was younger at the time and someone who was a regular there child did something to my kids so my son reacted he gave this kid a warning. Well he kept doing it and the other party had the person speak to us about the situation. Well kids are so quick to say what another kid did but never ever quick enough to say what they did for the child to act like that. It was wrong on the camp’s behalf. My family had packed up early days early. We did not feel welcomed by the staff. Considering that he had rented to my mother when I was a kid I don’t know if he still owns the house or not but he didn’t remember me at all which was fine. But my point is that they play favorites in the community I guess the longer you are there the better they will treat you. The outcome was the other family never had gotten spoken too we didn’t feel welcome after that regardless of being a regular or not you should treat your guest equally
