From jct RR 1623 & US 290: Go 1/4 mi W on US 290.
We stayed here for a week in March of 2023 had a wonderful time. All the people were friendly. Nice dog park for our dog. Hope to come back soon Thanks Larkin and Helena
Always a great experience we bring our RV. Restrooms are clean, staff and visitors are always nice. Location is perfect.
The Happy Travelers RV Club met here for bi-monthly. The Activity/Kitchen Hall was great for preparing food, gathering, games & a stepping stone to go shopping for Antiques and checking out other attractions. The park was beautifully laid out for RV parking and large enough to get ur daily walk in.
A great place to stay for a night or a month, convenient location to both Fredricksburg and Johnson city. Wide roads between rows of FHU pull thru sites. Will definitely stay again if back in area. Thanks for a reasonable priced clean rv park.
Unable to stay here because they have a 2 pet limit. I have 3 small rescue dogs, and will not leave one at a boarding kennel in order to stay here. They don’t seem to cater to RV clubs either. Very unfortunate for them. UPDATE: if this place catered to RV groups, there would be a way for me to stay here with my club, with a waiver to the 2 pet rule, based on my specific situation. I would understand breed restrictions. I do NOT understand the difference between 2 small breed rescue dogs and 3. Whatever the reason for this rule, there should be a way for Management to work with RVers who wish to stay in the campground.
