Old Settlers RV Park offers 54 total 30 amp and 50 amp hookups. We are NOT a long term RV park. The longest you can stay is up to 30 days. We are accommodatable for RVs up to 42ft. All spots are full hookup ( Water, Sewage, and Electricity ). We are a first come first serve RV park.
Round Rock’s Old Settlers Park is the City’s crown jewel of the park system and is a well-known sports destination in the youth and amateur sports leagues. The park’s 640 acres provides ample space for several recreational pursuits such as disc golf, cricket, 20-field baseball complex, 5-field softball complex, soccer facilities, and more. Old Settlers Park is also a place to congregate outside, barbeque and have a game of horseshoes at one of the two pavilions.
We've stayed at Old Settlers RV Park in the past. Bare bones sites in a great location. I enjoyed being able to walk and bike in the park. No reservation system. First come, first served. Very disappointed that all sites are being taken by long term "campers". Would love to see some sites set aside for travelers.
The RV park is nothing special (just a gravel lot), but the location is great and it's a third of the price of any place around. However, they do not enforce the 4 week stay limit, so there are people pretty much living there or worse, just using it was storage. It makes it near impossible to get a spot, even if you come check every morning (like I did for a week). I wish they would do something about this as I'd loved to have stayed here while in Austin.
Looks more like a homeless camp. Ain't none of these people lvg in 30 days.
I'm pretty sure they don't enforce the 30 days maximum stay rule here. Most of the sites look like they have been there for a while. We tried for 2 days and no sites opened up.
Tried to get reservations here for the Frontiers Day celebration @ the Old Settlers town park down the road. Left 3 messages & no one ever called me back. Found a nice place to stay @ in Georgetown instead. We drove through this park out of curiosity when we got there. The place is nasty, with junk all over the place and broken down trailers. Their website says no one is supposed to be living here, but it's obvious there is. Needless to say I'm glad we didn't stay there & no one returned our calls. Steer clear.
