This was a very nice campground with a pool, rural location, and yard sales with kids selling lemonade and loom bracelets. Overall, this campground was very nice!

Pool and hot tub are very clean and enjoyable. Dog park is large and has two sections. Resort is very nice to walk around, very enjoyable experience. Pull through spots are very spacious and easy to park in. Most spots come with a patio anchored to the ground on the camp side of the spot.

This RV park is not what it advertises online. The campsite was not setup and ready because the picnic table was in the parking spot when we arrived. The firepit had ashes and wet grass in it and was extremely shallow. The grass was long and had lots of hidden depressions in the ground so we had to be very careful as to not sprain an ankle. There was no game room or swimming pond with inflatables as advertised. The bathrooms near the pond were not clean. The spa is a 4 person hot tub. The parks are small and outdated. We stayed towards the front in a pull though site as we have a hybrid camper and were woken up many times by the train going by blaring it’s horn Each night at around 9pm and each morning around 6/630am. On Saturday night at 130ish am a train blaring it’s horn came through and woke my whole family up. The people who have seasonal sites were awesome and made the best parts of This campground. They had a band and a poker run which was very fun in which the seasonal campers had set up. The price for these sites doesn’t match the amenities. Without a pool this place wouldn’t appeal to any family with kids. We definitely won’t visit again.

We had a fantastic time camping with our small grandkids. They are about 80% seasonal. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Management seems as though they are inconvenienced when you check in and again if you go in to ask any questions. Not all amenities pictured available. Made a reservation in July, they were nice enough to transfer out till October because we had an emergency and couldn’t make it. When I called to re schedule I was told there would be an additional charge. Fair enough, we originally didn’t have full hook up and ended up “getting one of the last sights” when I called back. My wife got the confirmation and it was for an additional night I didn’t ask for. Tried to call numerous times with voicemails. Finally got a call back saying it was a 3 night minimum. Was not aware and certainly don’t appreciate the assumption I would pay an extra night when I didn’t ask for 3 nights. Of course it was too late to do anything about it. Should have been up front. Seasonals are fantastic and we had many conversations about how poor the management is. I WAS MADE AWARE THAT THE SEASONALS ARE WHO KEEP THE ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS AND CAMPERS GOING. Minimal effort except for policing by management. Considered a seasonal until these conversations and when I went into ask about 2024, she couldn’t have been more annoyed. They got 3 stars for the people we continuously meet and the sites are nice.

UPDATE: A week later still no communication from staff……
