Great place to take the family. Campsites are big enough to have your camper and a couple of tents. Plenty of spots with full shade, partial shade or sun depending on your preference. Very clean and well kept. We didn't eat at the restaurant but our friends did and said the food was amazing. It's nice to have that option just in case! My husband and son caught many fish including 3 good sized large mouth bass and countless bluegill. Swimming pond is a decent size but unfortunately due to COVID it was closed. Permanent campers were very friendly and invited my husband and his friend to a bags challenge. Owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The men's bathrooms were disgusting. Even for a guy, I know the bathroom by the main office was horrible. They also played loud classic rock music until after 11 pm. I love rock music, but at some point, I like to go to sleep. Learn to lower the volume at minimum starting at 10 or 10:30 since not everyone likes to listen to music that loud that late into the night

I've been down on my luck, found this campground by searching campgrounds near me as I just wanted somewhere to feel safe for the night, I didn't have a tent all I had was my car and cats, the owner real kind lady loaned me one of her tents to use for the night and had her workers or family I'm assuming more family set this tent up for me and gave me a safe place to sleep. Anyone who wants a great camping experience come here! The hospitality is more than what is asked for! Such a sweet woman I had the pleasure of meeting. God bless them all there!! Thank you

I have had a permanent site there for 31yrs, it's one of the only ones around where you can have adult beverages. There is a 1912 barn that is used for wedding receptions an other events an a restaurant in the lower part. They have different events throughout the season and on holidays. Friendly dogs are welcome but must be on leash at all times. There are 2 ponds to fish in (no license required) and a swim pond with sand beach. It is a pay to enter campground, pay at barn or host. I always have a good time. They usually have 2 pig roasts a year an other potlucks. There are shower houses. They also have a D.J. and dance on some weekends.
