Level grass areas, level hard packed gravel driveway with 1 pedestal 50A, 30A, and 110 + outlets + $5. Small pond, ravines, property joins The Cliffs Insane Terrain Off Road Park, 2.5 miles to downtown Marseilles. Several bars and restaurants, bowling alley, ice cream, we fix that, self proclaimed fixers of anything. Walmart 13 miles, Boat launch to Illinois River approx. 5 miles. Cheap firewood, farm fresh eggs $3 a dozen.
Firewood Reload: As much as one person can carry. $5
Rus was a very accommodating host - helped fix the electric hookup. The eggs and firewood delivery was a big plus. Nice change of pace from other camping areas.
Russ was nice enough to bring a S'mores kit for the kids after the evil neighbors yelled at us for accidentally straying onto their property.
Would definitely R&L use again!
Note: don't go near the neighbors with the toiler-bowl cleaner looking pond. They are...mean.
