Fish there a couple times never caught anything I don't even know if they stalk the pond. I was just visiting friends but it was a very nice campground very clean.

Terrible management. Water pressure is awful, playground was closed for weeks without warning, the "pond" was covered in algae so do not plan on trying to fish here. The "groundskeeper" was inappropriate and disrespectful on multiple occasions, sometimes in front of children! Huge lack of communication between actual owners and the renters of annual sites. When camping as a guest for one night, it beats a parking lot and that is the only reason for one star.

If you are considering a permanent spot here, seriously look into other options. We were approached as guests and asked to sign a lease for a year because they has sites available. We thought we would try it out and actually pre-paid the whole year. We were quiet, rule abiding tennants, mowed our own area, fixed the broken deck left by the previous people, encouraged our family and friends to come visit and spend their money at this place too! It is unfortunate that this place has a lack of effort and maintenance now. Don't expect a mature and civil phone call if the owners or their kid, the "groundskeeper" has an issue either- they won't speak to you on the phone. When you call the number and talk to the "groundskeeper", he will pretend to know nothing and tell you to e-mail his mom.

Our dogs enjoyed their stay at this campground. Lots of smells and other dogs to meet. Riding in the golf carts were their favorite pass time while there. They gave it only 4 stars because Jimmy didn't pet them long enough and tried to walk away, sorry Jimmy.

One of the most spacious campgrounds around. No more awning to awning campsites for weekend visitors. My wife and I have loved being out there! There may be some poor comments but those individuals for the most part were behind on bills. Can’t blame a place for telling you to leave if you don’t pay your bills.
