We are located in Lampasas, 6 miles from the local Wal-Mart. We are close to Kempner, Copperas Cove and just 20 minutes from Fort Hood.
I have stayed long term twice at our friends campground and it is so nice! We love the people there and the amenities are amazing! The pool is a great bonus in the hot Texas summer!
Great place to stay! The pool is a definite plus on hot TX summer days. Our four-legged family member gives 5 stars for the dog park too!
Excellent place to stay. We had a roomy site for our 40 ft. 5th wheel. Very clean laundry room. Elka is a wonderful park host.
I have stayed at our friends twice now, extended periods on both occasions. Very friendly and quiet place. The owners and staff are very kind and caring. Clean and well kept campground with a nice pool and great location close to Lampasas and Fort Hood
Very responsive. When I called to find out if there was room for me to come for a couple of nights as I would be attending a baby shower they were quick to get back to me and let me know exactly where I would be staying. Once I arrived late I found my spot easy and set up. Next morning I met them in their cute office to settle payment.
They informed me there was ice for use and the code to get in the pool. To say I was excited about those two things was an understatement. Next I needed to do some laundry from the days travel it took me to get there and everything was in working order.
As well as the bath house. Nice to take a shower sometimes that you can move around in and shave your legs. If you know you know. Everyone was super friendly and there were trees and a cute little pond to look at while walking my dog in the evening. Not to mention they had a dog park so thats a huge perk too. I will for sure be back. Hoping to make it for their solar eclipse event they are having.
