Lived here almost 5 years. Great, quiet neighbors. New management as of a few years ago is hands down the best ever. The playground, park with tables and basketball area, beautifully-kept pool, and shade trees galore keep me here. The price isn’t bad, either. Garbage removal is included in the lot rent.
Events like bingo, potluck dinners, and community-wide yard sales make a difference to residents. A printed monthly newsletter and Facebook page deliver important information, updates, and humor.
Matilda & Don are respectful, supportive, and listen to concerns. They also take action when needed. Evelyn is helpful, efficient, and one of the nicest women I know.
It’s a quiet neighborhood with very low crime statistics (I checked crime maps).
Best neighborhood for my family and me, in fact I recommend anyone who is looking to move to check out this area. It is quiet, well maintained, family and pet friendly. I have been here almost 2 years and it is great. Management is kind, helpful, and treat all of us like family. They have community wide events, a pool, park areas, and much more.
Visited this very well and nicely layer out and maintained community on yesterday, December 11th. I was greeted by a very wonderful, and well informed office managed, Evelyn having a great smile as she informed me of the community's amenities and rules. It was truly a pleasure meeting her and I believe she's a representation of the community she serves. Because of this experience, I will make this my new place to live when my current lease is up. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I drove through several area and they seem to keep it fairly clean and maintained. There was not a lot of trash or junk in the lots with the homes and the homes did not look rundown. There seemed to be a mix of newer homes and older ones in the same areas. The grounds looked well looked after. I did not have any contact with the staff, so I cannot comment on them.
