No sewage or electricity, just a simple place to camp tent, trailer or RV
Park On the left or right side of the big valley church
i had a very bad experience i’ve been there for 4 months and the manager(f) and the general manager(d) won’t do there job correctly they would say the by the next day everything is going to be fixed and then they will never go since the first day that i was there, there’s always a problem with the light and everything that comes with the trailer , and they never once went to fix it ,the hot water never worked there’s a lot of problems none of the new trailers work thats why everybody leaves and each month they will charge you more and more they will lie too you when you start the contract and then they will say that they never said nothing they are so disrespectful i would lit not recommend tht rv park to nobody 0/10
everything there is wrong i don’t know why they let people move in the new mobile homes when there not even fixed the manager felicia and darcia are disrespectful to the point they want to call police even tho they know they are wrong for everything and i have proof of every time i have talked to them so they can fix little problems and they will never go my light keeps turning on and off every single day and every month for the light they keep charging 200 more…. felicia always try to go in the homes when she doesn’t have to, she doesn’t respect they are LIERS
Been trying to get my ac/heater fixed and ever since I moved in. Supposedly it was a new apartment and everything was “working” .
The first months, the excuse was that they had the wrong company number. Okay, and when they finally got someone it worked for a day or two. Every time I call or try to get ahold of me it goes straight to voicemail. The electricity is even worse, paying over 100 every month when I turn everything off when I leave to work, so something doesn’t make sense. Hopefully if they see this then they’ll fix it soon: before the cold weather really hits would be nice.
Lived here three years. Every year told as others the lot rent won’t go up. Every year it did then Silver Sands bought the park and rates jumped $45 a month in less than one year of there ownership. Rent a place out at Pine to Palm which is a beautiful secure park(unlike Big Valley where gate now open 24/7 with Ferrell dogs and trash people moving in and everybody selling), costs less!! The ads they show are false. The pool no one wants or should use because it’s not maintained. The people I love are all selling out cause of all this. Really sad to see. Sorry to say this but it is what it is. You be the judge if u move here
A good majority of Tennant's in the Big Valley RV Park are saying they are always being confronted with what can only be called HOSTILE BUSINESS PRACTICES
with being charged for utilities that isn't correct far beyond their usage and some are charged when there isnt anyone there at all including being double billed and threatened with termination of their utilities if they do not pay the fees that are not called all of those we've spoken with
