I highly recommend Bent Tree RV Ranch. We stayed here for over a month and absolutely loved it! The owners are so courteous and really try to make you feel at home. They recently came under new ownership and are working very hard to create an amazing experience for their guests. They told us they are building tiny homes soon that they will be renting out long term and even putting in tree houses for overnight rentals! The Ranch is the real Texas hill country experience, everything is clean, well maintained and any questions you have are immediately addressed by staff. They really made us feel at home and we were sad we had to leave! If you are looking for a safe, clean, friendly place to stay this is by far your best bet.

I live here in an RV during the week so I can be close to my nursing job. The photos on this site are mostly outdated, so do not judge by them. The new owners are working hard to add improvements, as well as expanding the tiny house section to include a tree house. The laundry facility has been completely redone. There is an excellent on-site presence to keep everything nice, clean and quiet. A number of residents are medical first responders as well.

The folks are really friendly here. The site is close to the highway, but far enough to muffle the noise somewhat. Other than that, there isn't a lot of positive to write. The "bathhouse" consists of one toilet and one shower that all use. There are burrs everywhere which makes it really bad for pets. There is no wifi, cable or really any other amenity. The price point for a bare bones facility should be closer to $20-$25. $35 really is too high a price, especially when I just came from a pull-through resort with wifi, pool and many other amenities for only $25 (Big Chief RV--just about 20 miles away)

I really enjoyed my little shady spot! It is a quiet and peaceful place off the road. I really appreciated the fact that the road cannot directly see the campsites. It's a hidden gem. Reasonable rates and management! It's conveniently located to where I could go hiking at a different state park every weekend. Great place to stay if you are passing through, or staying for a bit!
