I have been trying to get a spot there for nearly a week now it took days for them to call back then I had to send in pictures twice of my trailer, in which like 100% better than most of the trailers in there. I will send photos in my next review by the way. The rates were 400 rather than 285 now they had two rates 375 for a standard which included all utilities but electric. Or get this 400 which you pay all of the utilities don't make no sense to me. But neither does the non answering non-functioning part of it all. And we all know that I am an adamant reviewer I'm going to tell you straight from the cuff what's going on. they don't want to know about your your rental history or your work history but they want to run a background check 25 more dollars I'm sorry I do not beg to give my money to a place that has washers and dryers outside and looks like a dump and I have to wait until the city gives me a ticket for being parked in and I have to wait until the city gives me a ticket for being parked in properly
Lived here for 4 years and still do love it and hoping for many more years bought and paid off my home this year

They raised the lot rent to $400, was less, somewhat saddened by that as I just moved here not too long ago. Only reason why I lowered to 4 rather than 5 stars. Praying it doesn't go higher, if it does I may have to move. For now it is definitely very affordable for lot rent, stays clean, and people seem to respect your property. Seems safe for now as well, but have only been here a few months. Office staff gets back to emails quickly as well which is a huge plus. So far so good. Please don't raise lot rent even more Birdcreek! Please 🙏🏽
i have bought 2 homes here, manager is great-nice park.i look forward to buying more homes.as my family lives in them
