stunning! since we went in winter, the trails weren’t crowded, and the water levels

we’re high. loop A was amazing, and the satisfaction of making it to the peak was priceless. the trees were beautiful.

You feel like you are in the wilderness, even though you are conveniently near the city. The picnic tables are scattered around in lovely, shady locations. The Creek has both calm and rapid moods, all in a short distance. If you are prone to motion sickness, walk across the wood bridge alone, as more people on it makes the bridge vibrate in a way you might not like.

Really nice park along Eagle Creek that is a great place for large group gatherings. There are picnic tables set up along the creek with some seclusion. Water can be waded in and is likely a good source of crawfish. Admission is $8 and there is an onsite park host.

On a spectacular autumn day, I had the opportunity to visit this park. What a gem tucked into the forest in Eagle Creek, Oregon. It was at the peak of fall foliage colors, so it was a special treat. My friend grew up coming here so she gave me a tour. For a small entry fee, it has everything you would want. Ample parking, restrooms, a playground, picnic areas, group areas, trails to the creek, mossy old growth trees, tall cedars, ferns, and so much beauty.
