Travel 16.5 miles east of Roseburg on Highway 138, turn right on Little River Road and proceed for 6.7 miles. Turn right at the covered bridge onto Cavitt Creek Road and continue for 3.2 miles to Cavitt Creek Falls Recreation Site.
Cavitt Creek Falls Campground was beautiful. We stayed the weekend and had an amazing time. Camp host was so friendly! The swimming hole was awesome with lots of rocks to jump from (bring your water shoes!!!!!). The sites are a little small. Perfect for one family a little cramped for two but we made it work. They don’t have a restriction on how many people you can have in your site. The yellow jackets were a force to recon with tho! Bring your hanging bee traps!
I am so madly in love with waterfalls so when my boyfriend told me he wanted to take me to cavitt creek I was super excited and when I got there my wildest dreams couldn't have imagined the beauty that this oasis entailed. Friendly park staff clean working bathrooms breath taking trails and the most beautiful waterfall and watering hole I've ever seen!
