It's very crowded here in the RV park this weekend, with lots of fishermen and their boats. It's a nice place, a good atmosphere, good people running it. Cable and wi-fi service is great. Restaurants, coffee shops, and gift shops are all within walking distance of the campground and marina. It's fun to sit and watch the boat launch area!

This place is great. Yes some of the sites are tight. The location is primo. The staff is amazing. Even if you have to stay in the gravel area. It is well worth it. You are right in the heart of one of the best towns on the Pacific coast in Oregon. So much to do there, such a great town. Location location, location.

Planed my trip out there two months in advanced with my new 2023 trailer. Was very excited to stay there for new years until I was discriminated for my religion by nick and the staff. I explained to him that I have my trailer towed into my spots by drivers because of my religion, I don't drive vehicles similar to Amish etc. I have never had a problem with this in any park and always pay companies or drivers who pull my RV when I'm ready to leave. I didn't even have to tell Nick but decided to be honest that I have my RV towed in by companies. He tried to pull some rule that we have to have trucks because it's in a tsunami zone. I have stayed in multiple parks in or around tsunami zones and never had any one try to use this rule. The state of Oregon website says rogue tsunamis can happen in less then 15 minutes warning time and people should always head for the hills. I'm sorry but if a tsunami hit the last thing I would think about is towing my RV, I would hop a ride on out of town as quickly as I could to save my self and dog. I'm currently staying in a tsunami zone in depoe bay and never once did the rv park mention this rule. I tried reaching out to the park commission and city but none of the emails for the park were active or valid. Still consider filling a official complaint with the city/state for religious discrimination as I would almost guarantee someone is staying at that park with out a vehicle to pull such as elderly couple or snowbirds. I was excited to enjoy Florence and spend money on the city until this all happened. I could understand a private park pulling this garbage but for a city ran park to discriminate in 2024 in Oregon is sad. Nick was very sadistic and excited to deny me when I told him I was a Christian and can't drive due to my faith. I hope the city state or an attorney reads this, this place is a law suit waiting to happen and the tax payers will be stuck with the bill. Nick was verbally abusive, unhinged, aggressive and child like when it came to his duties. I feel bad for possible tourist coming here to vacation. I would not walk away, but run away!!!!

Camped one night here on our Oregon coast road trip. Highly recommend the location. Beautiful and serene views. Walkable to town. Quite and well cared for. Enjoyed Beachcomber pub last night and Little brown hen for breakfast both near by!
