Old Orchard Beach Campground is a 108-acre facility offering several diverse camping areas and options from simple wooded tent sites to full-service RV sites designed to accommodate today's largest motor homes. New this year we have Cabin Rentals to accommodate 6-8 people.
The campground is conveniently located one mile from the beach and two miles from the highway in between Portsmouth New Hampshire and Portland Maine.
One of the best kept campgrounds we have ever seen. It’s lovely. Lots of different things to do for kids and adults. Turns out I am really bad at corn hole
Camped here since 2005 with no issues and planned 3 stays this year. We usually book the stays with 2 or 3 other couples to include my daughter and her family. My daughter called to cancel an upcoming reservation because her best friend needed her to be by her side during her cancer treatments and a quickly planned wedding to her boyfriend because of her eventual outcome. She was told she would lose her $50.00 deposit and said that was fine. She was later told she should lose the complete payment of $300. The person (s) on the phone were very rude to her. My daughter's husband later called back and said he would like to reinstate the reservation to be used for 1 night instead of the 2 nights paid for, he was told that they lost the $300 deposit and now it would cost another $280.00 on top of that. I will Not Ever stay at this Campground again and neither will any of the other couples we camp with because of the way this situation was handled by the management. There are plenty of other clean well-managed campgrounds in the same area.
1st year with travel trailer, already put close 4000 miles on it, stayed at about 10 campgrounds this season. This has by far my wife and I favorite, coming here twice now. Roger was very nice and very helpful when I was looking for a last minute late nite check in. Decided to come a day early due to loosing power at home. Roger made it happen and is greatly appreciated
Campground itself is huge, plenty of space at site, clean and quiet.
First rate campground! Large sites, free wifi,fabulous heated pool and clean and new washrooms. Staff was friendly. It was very close to the beach by car. Shopping was near by. We had a great time and would recommend to others. We hope to return next summer.
Very clean, extremely friendly seasonal staff. The camp ground grounds are nice and neat, tidy and there is staff around always cleaning so the bathroom, laundry room and pool areas are very clean. I recommend Old Orchatd Beach Camp Ground to all who ask and we plan on returning next year.
