Spent my first weekend there recently with a friend of mine. Immaculate bathrooms, friendly staff, nice trails to walk and a pond to walk around and listen to and watch the frogs. I am looking forward to going back there soon with my friends. Oh, I forgot to mention the nice pool they have there during the warm season.
Our two (2) month stay here was fantastic! Very clean bath house and shower stalls. The owner, Sherry Brobeck made us feel like family. They have the amenities that you wouldn't expect to find in such a beautiful and rustic setting. Thank you Sherry, if we find ourselves in this neck of the woods again we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! Five plus stars!
The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. They made our transition with our Tiny House super easy. All of the hook-ups/utilities worked right when we pulled up. The views of the mountains are gorgeous and there is nearby hiking too.
My wife and I bought this campground from Mrs. Sherry. She has been an amazing lady despite some of the reviews. We plan on putting a lot of love into operation. Adding cabins and extra spaces. Soon, we will have the trails cleared up into the Cherokee Nat Forest. 15 minutes to town, private, and beautiful.
