Self checkout is good for 12 or less items.
But if you're buying groceries for the month $200- $400 worth.. I'm not going to check myself out,
They should ALWAYS have a cashier checking out large orders.
I shouldn't have to ask.
The ladies at the self checkout (this was at 10:30 pm on a Friday night) were so awesome! They're always friendly and helpful (these two girls specifically), we chatted about work and life and they are just always amazing.
Women's restroom was disgusting and needed cleaning. Cashier wasn't very friendly, didn't greet me after I said hello, she made me go get an extra buggy which I don't mind but she could have easily went and got it so I could finish putting up my groceries which could have made the transaction quicker. While I was there some employees were stocking from truck and were polite saying hello and apologizing for being in the way, which they weren't at all.
Great experience yesterday. The attendees were quick, and ready to help. I dislike the new arrangements of check outs, but that's not the attendees fault. Of course every experience is different, but yesterday the ladies were on point.
Beautiful Store Clean Well Stocked Found every item on my shopping list. Friendly associates Nice layout of merchandise. Was busy today but No problems checking out. Love Your Location. Thanks 👍
