The service was incredible! Everyone made sure that I had everything I needed, and I love the southern hospitality. It is an older hotel and many things were not attached to the wall anymore and some of the plugs and lamps didn't work. That being said, it looked as though they had tried to update the rooms and the shower pressure was wonderful so all in all an acceptable stay. Michael at the front desk went above and beyond and the housekeeping staff really worked hard to keep the rooms clean.

Kaylen at the front desk was a delight to be checked in! A breath of fresh air after my stressful day! The ladies this morning at the front desk & breakfast area were absolutely wonderful! The energy from all three ladies just makes the atmosphere so positive upbeat & worth the stay!

Reservation was 2 months in advance. We requested king bed w/couch. Did not find this out till we were checking in that they were full. 2nd night no remote for the TV. Called front desk and maintenance had went home so NO remote till next day. Washer has been broken for 6 month. No smoke detector/broken. No replacement of coffee or towels in the room. They ran out of coffee in the lobby. Worst Best Western we have ever stayed in

We called for an early check in and the woman at the desk was very helpful. The light in the elevator didn’t work and the ride to the top floor was dark. The overhead light in our room didn’t work. We were supposed to have 2 beds and a pull out sofa and there is no sofa. One of our blankets ended up getting wet from a water spill during the trip down and there were clothes in the dryer for 3 hours so we went to bed with no blanket. The television remote didn’t work and no one ever answered the front desk phone to see if there were extra batteries. I love this city but am highly disappointed in the service and amenities received at this hotel. For $160 a night I expected better.

My room's trash can had the last residents' trash still in it. My in-room coffee maker had a very old dried up used coffee filter/bag in it. My room had definitely been smoked in recently. Was this a hotel that is good if you wanted to rent the room by the hour? yes. Was it good for a normal stay? no.
