Was listed as a camping ground - not that but definitely an RV Park.

Pros

- Extremely close to NOC center

- Staff were friendly and flexible

- Amenities worked and were acceptable

Cons

- no ground, no grass, only gravel. Website photos are very deceptive.

- it's an RV park, so expect to get a whiff of RV plumbing now and then

- was awoken by excavating construction equipment on Monday morning at 8 AM. There is a quarry that is at the site.

Bottom line: great for an RV stay, pretty mediocre for a "camp ground"

My father-in-law and I have stayed in Laurel Creek cabin twice. The location is perfect and at night you can open the windows and fall asleep to the running creek beside the cabin. I would highly recommend staying here and the owners are great people who can answer any questions you have.

The absolute BEST campground around. So worth the trip to NC.

They do not make campgrounds like this any more. The owners, Avery and Patti Jo, are the icing on the cake. Awesome!!

Perfect vacation spot!

My wife and I are full time RVER'S and have stayed in more than 70 campgrounds around the country. Nantahala Tiny Homes and RV

Campground has become Our Favorite Campground.

This place is 2 miles off of highway 19/74 on Silvermine Rd. Across from NOC. It s tucked away in the mountains. You are out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough (20 minutes) to Bryson City, which makes it very convenient.

The campground's location allows you to choose from numerous rivers to fly fish along with multiple rafting companies nearby so to raft the Nantahala River. There are multiple other Rivers and Lakes that are all within a few miles of this campground. Bryson City, Cherokee, Maggie Valley & Murphy NC are just a nice drive away.

The bath/shower facilities & laundry room are always kept very clean. The campsites are spacious and level with a beautiful creek behind all of them.

The owners are very knowledgeable about RVs and helpful if you have any problems arise. We felt at home In their campground paradise and feel very comfortable in our rating of 5 stars! We highly recommend staying at Nantahala Tiny Homes & RV!

Priced appropriately for location and distance. Most spots are off a road with low activity, be sure to request a lot more set back. Quiet and serene. Overall a good experience! Fire pit worked really well! And the sound of the creek was soothing.
