**Stay at the newest family Campground and RV Resort in town**
Our climate makes staying here enjoyable any time of year, so you 'll never find us closed for an "off season." We stay open all year round.
Bring your family to enjoy our new family-owned Campground and RV Resort. We are a family and pet friendly campground. We are conveniently located off I-95, situated on 600 acres of beautiful, lush landscaping with several ponds. Relax with the family and friends around your campfire, grill out, and eat at your picnic table. We are also close enough to town to grab a bite to eat at one of the restaurants or wineries. Play golf across the street at Vineyard Golf, a beautiful par 72, 18-hole championship golf course. Strike up a game of volleyball, horseshoes, basketball, or corn hole. Play cards and games in our community room. Gather at our pavilion, enjoy the arcade games in the game room, watch the children have fun at the playground, or relax by the pool. Explore the trails and recharge yourself with nature’s tranquility.

I normally wait until a stay is finished to start a review but this has been one of the most impressive RV parks we’ve ever visited. My wife and I travel extensively for work and much of that time is with our RV! We love getting to see different parts of the country and spend much of our time at KOAs. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that John and his family have a gem here. The lots are level with brand new power and water fixtures. The roads are well-paved and the entire park is well-lit. The shower/bathroom facilities are consistently clean with hot water. They’ve even gone the extra mile and added basketball courts, a volleyball court, and some horseshoe games. I was told just to stop by the office to grab a ball if we wanted! Furthermore, we were greeted and led to our site even with our extremely late check in time and John has taken time to talk with us each time we’ve seen him working around the property.
Oh…and the wifi I’m writing this from is currently pulling 200+ Mbps and that is the BEST wifi we’ve ever experienced probably anywhere other than our own home when we had Google Fiber installed…jeeze!

This place is amazing. The staff along with the owner are the best in the business. They are building sites in phases. I highly recommend this place for long term and temporary. Once here you will be wanting to stay and not leave. Once completed this will be a one of a kind resort. Contact the office and you will be talking with someone that is friendly, understanding and honest people.
Love it so much, we decided to stay. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is breathtaking.
I'm long term here and I have to say that not only is it very clean but so many accommodations and very well priced. The lovely people who manage the place John and Patricia are very friendly and have even gone out of their way to help me after hours when I ran out of gas. The internet is great and the bathrooms/showers are clean. Laundry room is new and very nice. I'm glad to say I'm a resident here and I feel very welcomed. They've helped me when I looked into repairs and they also made sure to let me know when I got a package. Very well organized and not noisy at all. Thank you guys so much for everything and I look forward to my time here.
