I have been here over 3 years now and spend every chance I get at my camper. It’s a great community and I always feel safe leaving my camper til I return. It’s gated so not everyone can just ride thru. My kids and grands love it as much as I do and the locals here are like family. We have events and plan things together and look out for each other. I encourage you to check some of the local campgrounds here and guarantee you won’t find another for the price and with the amenities this one has to include a pool, clubhouse, pier on the intercostal waterway, heated and ac bathhouses and laundry room with a change machine. I love my little piece of heaven.
Hello I have had an annual lease at Harbor Point for 3 years. My family and I have felt welcome here 100 percent. The management team have gone above and beyond to accommodate us and or needs. I would highly recommend this RV park. You will not find another park in this area as nice. I would like to say to the ones leaving bad reviews most likely couldn’t adhere to the family friendly environment here. So thankful Brittany and management team for all the hard work keeping the park clear of problem tenants !
Absolutely Beautiful Property, Very well maintained with so many site options! Brittany the Property manager is Amazing and will take care of all your needs!! Also has plenty of onsite activities and gatherings for your stay!! Furry Friends have a great area to play as well,, sitting on the inter-coastal too!! Can’t beat the Sunrises and Sunsets!! Highly recommend
I was a camper here for over 2 years and never had any problems that management or a good neighbor couldn't help me resolve. It's location is perfect in the woods on the ICW, private, quiet and well maintained. It's amenities include a pool, clubhouse, laundromat, his/her bathhouse with heat and ac, fishing pier, dog lots. They have potluck meals for anyone that wants to participate and plenty of gatherings amongst the regulars. Whenever I go to back to visit, I'm always welcomed as if I never left.
Unfortunately the recent bad reviews were left by selfish, narcissistic part-timers that did their best to cause havoc amongst family-friendly people and gratefully management was able to remove them.

I’ve been an annual lease holder for a year now and leased in several camp grounds throughout the year’s. This one is the best by far with all the amenities, views and social gatherings! There has been some changes with Management during that time. However, Brittany has been a constant through it all. Thank goodness they promoted her! I see some bad reviews on here from a former tenant and their friends who did not lease here. We are a positive and family friendly community. We enjoy the beauty of our campground and it’s staff that help to keep it that way. We thank management keeping out the “riff raff” so we can keep our camp clean, safe and enjoyable for all to experience. 🥰
