Easy on and off I-77. Park is very clean and you can tell it is well cared for. Cleanest laundry room I have ever used at a campground!

We received a call today 9 hours after we left the campsite saying they were chatging us $75 for a pet clean up fee (which is not posted in their rules) saying there was dog waste on our site.

We told them that this was not possible because we walk our dog to make and always pick it up.

It's a campground and could have been ANY dog that made on our site. We explained this to the employee and she was so rude and hung up on us.

I have never experienced anything like this before and to charge someone for $75 with absolutely no proof that it was our dog is just disgusting.

Re your response on our above review

For some reason you insist on lying. We were told not to leave our dog unattended and the fact is she was never unattended. You did come by once and our dog was on a leash lying placidly on the patio and we were in the doorway of our trailer when you came by. We were watching her and we talked to you from the doorway. We were inside for all of 2 minutes. I'm not sure how you call that unattended. And you did not come by 3 times...only that once. I will repeat that our shepard is a service dog and perfectly trained and we walk her to go to the bathroom and pick up after her.

And we left at 7:30 in the morning so if you check the site on departure why did you only contact us at 3:30 pm

This whole episode is ridiculous.

Needless to say we will never stay there again

Location was Good, cabins were dirty, bugs and dog hair not swept from floors, picnic table in disrepair and the temporary bathhouse had sewer water backing up into the showers, no one answered the phone number listed on the door for after Hours service. When they finally came all they did was mop the sewer water around the bathroom floor, no disinfectant was used, I went in right after they left and checked. Just keep going down the road a bit for a nicer campground unless they clean up their facility
