Mountain View RV Park and Guest Motel is located in the beautiful town of Mountain View, situated in the Ozark Mountains of North Central Arkansas. Not only are we known as the“Folk Music Capital of the World,” but we are also blessed to be surrounded by endless outdoor activities. By starting your Ozark adventure with us, you will be very close to incredible hiking trails, refreshing creeks and rivers, epic mountain biking, world famous trout fishing, abundant hunting and twisting mountain roads to enjoy the scenery via car or motorcycle.
Guests can enjoy the following onsite features here at Mountain View RV Park and Guest Motel. We have the only level Concrete pads in town (13 pull through and 16 back in sites) with an additional 11 gravel sites. Feel free to use our On-site laundry facility and clean bathhouse. Two rec rooms provide a meeting space for larger groups.
Our newly updated Guest Motel consists of 8 motel suites(4 King rooms, 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds and 2 rooms with 2 double beds) with small dining area containing microwave and mini-fridge. Our 2 mini-cabins come with a full kitchen(each with a Queen bedroom and a sofa sleeper in living room). Most rooms have an outdoor seating area that offers a panoramic view of the mountains.
From jct Hwys 66/9/5/14: Go 3/4 mi N on Hwy 5/9/14, then 200 ft E on Bayou Dr.
I come a couple of times each year and I love this place! The rooms and property are always clean, the staff is friendly, and other guests are quiet and respectful. Mountain View is a beautiful area with many things to see and do. If you are able to go, I recommend Mountain View RV Park & Guest Motel for your stay.
We enjoyed our room and the space that we had, including the small table and chairs to enjoy our breakfast in the room looking out the window towards the valley. The beds were very comfortable and the hot shower felt great each night. Thank you for the great stay Mountain View RV Park and Guest Motel!
We love this RV Park! It's clean and easy to access. Check-in was a breeze. Our stay was the peaceful, quiet getaway that we needed. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay. Now for the owners... They are the best! They want you to enjoy their park and do their very best to make sure you do. They're so friendly and treat you like they've always known you. We happened to run into them on the square while they were setting up a Christmas tree at the courthouse. These precious people invited my children to put some ornaments on the tree.
If you are looking for a family-friendly, clean facility, and down to earth good-hearted owners, this is the place for you! We stayed in an rv spot but plan to bring family with us next time that will stay in one of the hotel rooms.

It had such a cute bear theme.
It was Rustic and beautiful. Just the way we like it.
It's family owned by a very friendly family.

We stumbled across this motel at last minute of staying all night in town. This place was amazing! Bed was comfortable plenty of room! I will diffently stay here again. Please keep up the good work. Beautiful places like this are hard to come by.
