Motorcoach Country Club is located in beautiful Indio, CA not far from Palm Springs. They were voted #1 Best Luxury RV Resort by USA Today! All lots can accommodate motorhomes, 30'- 45' and include a concrete parking pad, landscaping and full hook ups including water, sewer and electric.

We booked our reservation a few weeks ago got our confirmation e-mail with all info they needed about our motor home and took payment. We drove 5 hours to get here and never been talked so down to in my life because our coach was only 25 feet. The guy working the front gate acted like we aren’t good enough to stay there. No manager on duty final they call and say your not staying here. my husband asked why he filled out all the correct paper work about our motor home and took payment said it’s not her responsibility to read the contract said they can’t refund our money till later in the week. Place looks beautiful but the people working have to remember how to treat people. Just to note our motor home is brand new Mercedes we didn’t pull in with a old trailer. I understand all parks have different rules but after we sent you all our info you could have sent a email saying sorry we don’t take that size. Nope you just took our payment! One more thing security guard walked up to me said i seen you on the list and knew you were not getting in. Just a phone call or email buddy, Never again!
Best luxury Rv resort we have ever stayed at. No contest! This is true luxury for an Rv resort. Some say luxury but they just aren’t and this is. Has its own golf course. All class a rv’s. The people here really care about their property and rv’s. The best! Green grass, palm trees and Mountain View’s!
We arrived at the entrance, and the security guard would not let us in because it was past 10pm only by a few minutes. We were not told that quiet time starts at 10pm and needed to check in before. We did not park until the next morning. The business office was closed, and no one ever responded all weekend. We booked for two nights and only were able to stay one night. I am aking for a refund for the first night. It was very frustrating and exhausting, not only that the workers woke us up at 5am since we were in the parking lot. One we got in the park was beautiful, but the administration office and security need new direction and to learn how to communicate properly with expectations set up front.
This place was next level nice. We were there in the off season and it was completely dead. Both nice and a little strange. Would have enjoyed the restaurant and bar being open but we loved our stay. Just hot enough to enjoy the pool but not so hot that you are miserable. We will definitely be going back!!
