Had our all school reunion here. Borrego Springs High School.
Great veterans post. It's a closed post (meaning members only). Real friendly people, a well kept post and good cold drinks. When in Borrego Springs stop in and take in their hospitality.
Just keeping in touch with friends and the wonderful visitors this Post attracts. For folks who are eligible to join, I want to invite people to come by for a visit. Meeting together face to face is so good for your health and this is a happy place. Borrego is located in a pristine wilderness, where your spirit can soar. Yet, for single folks, like me, the sparse population, empty road ways, and dry barren hills create a
powerful thirst. God bless Post 853, a joyous watering hole, an outpost in the Back Country.
I wish I lived out here. I'd be at this post every day! The most friendly post, great people in a very historic location.
