I camped here for 5 days middle of January. The weather was great however I did have to leave when the weather turned bad. Fish Creek Campground is the gateway to so many trails further up the canyon. Sandstone Canyon was my favorite and was the entire reason I came to Anza Borrego State Park. Everybody at the campground was extremely friendly. There is a vault toilet that gets cleaned like once a week. It's dusty and dry but it's a great place to camp. Full bars of LTE on my phone.

Love this place. Plenty of places to check out in your vehicle. I went twice this past month. Love it out there. It is super dry though, drink plenty of water and make sure your kids are drinking constantly.

Fills up quickly and people will be driving in all night so sky photography was a little difficult. Vault toilets ran out of TP by the end of the holiday weekend. Will likely be back.

Great little tucked away campground in the desert. Very rocky terrain but has fire pits and pit toilets that are well maintained.
