We arrived at the entrance, and the security guard would not let us in because it was past 10pm only by a few minutes. We were not told that quiet time starts at 10pm and needed to check in before. We did not park until the next morning. The business office was closed, and no one ever responded all weekend. We booked for two nights and only were able to stay one night. I am aking for a refund for the first night. It was very frustrating and exhausting, not only that the workers woke us up at 5am since we were in the parking lot. One we got in the park was beautiful, but the administration office and security need new direction and to learn how to communicate properly with expectations set up front.
