We loved it, bathrooms were clean, campsites were clean, included a moderen stone bench/table a raised fire pit including adjustable grill, decent amount of privacy between sites. Plenty of water spikets and trash cans. Its all a dirt road so a little rough on the shocks, also not alot of shade as there are not many tall trees in this area. Still beautiful veiws nestled deep in the Santa Rosa mountains. Looks amazing at sunset.

We came in with a 30’ class C RV.

My biggest criticism is the state of the campground circle road... MANY deep holes. It would take only a couple of hours labor & a truckload of gravel and sand to fix the problem.

There is water - not sure if it’s potable.

There are bathrooms - clean enough.

Nice views all around.

There was possibly a homeless/mentally ill lady at one of the higher number campsites who woke us up both nights around 4am screaming all sorts of profanities at the top of her lungs.

If your trying to get away and enjoy a peaceful and quiet experience this is the place for you.if your looking to enjoy gossip and music and having a good loud time I'd look else where. Dog friendly. Bathrooms were pretty decent, everything else was Clean and extremely peaceful for a childless weekend.

Perfect for an adult get away for one or two nights. Unless they love to hike there isn't much for children to do. Very rugged ground with lots of ants, but great for sitting fireside and stargazing. Also, only twenty minutes down the hill to Palm Dessert. Great for the price.
