Very nice small RV park. Full hookups. Sites are close together but have tamarisk trees between them for privacy. They have a pool and solar heated hot tub. Hot tub was covered and not useable during our stay due to broken solar heater and wind storm, but it is a very nice area. Has laundry building. Off reading area very close by. They allow Off road vehicles but have a separate area and you cannot run them in the campground or park them at your site unless you push it in. Deborah, the host was very nice and helpful upon arrival. They DVDs, puzzles and books available in the laundry area for temporary use. We were there during a wind storm so this was appreciated!

Great park. The owners are very friendly, but also they keep this place immaculate! Even the laundry room is spotless. It’s very relaxing and quiet. The spaces have tree dividers for privacy. We loved our stay.

Debra, one of the owners, was very friendly and helpful. The property was well kept and organized. The facilities, bathroom/showers, were exceptionally clean and maintained. The night time scenery was fantastic. Dark skies, countless stars. And if you like vacations without disruption from the outside world, there is NO cell service out here, which for us was amazing.

We're just finished our third year in a row staying at Leapin' Lizard, and we can't wait to go back. Debra, the owner, is great at asking the right questions to book you into the right spot for your family or group. With full hookups, clean, spacious spots, and really reasonable prices, the campground alone is great. But the amenities, cleanliness and obvious care for the resort make it extra special.

They welcome people with toys to ride, but are strict about keeping the park quiet. The way they handle it is perfect. If you have toys, they cannot be run inside the RV area, you must only push them to the off-road entrance/exit. The result is that those of us who don't ride are in a calm, quiet park where kids can ride bikes and run around, while those who do ride have great access to the trails, secure onsite storage for their side by sides, and a great spot to hang out between rides.

This just be my favorite campground of all the places I’ve stayed in the Western US. It started with the reservation phone call Deborah was so friendly on the phone. Then upon arrival, a quick radio call from the office and a was there to greet us by name. She made sure we got in our spot (which was very spacious and nice) just fine and had all the information we needed, including tips on sites. We really appreciated all the tourist info in the office too. Wait, here comes the best part. The bathrooms are spotless! The pool and hot tub are beautifully maintained! Sunsets and sunrise are gorgeous here! We’ll be back!
