By far the worst place I have ever stayed. The host is very unfriendly and quick to let you know the facilities are not operational but didn't offer the wifi code. They called as soon as we realized we didn't have it and spoke with someone who said the office was closed but she would pass the message along. The next morning we did go to the office and get the code but it was useless. It felt more like a slumlord win Mobile home Park then an RV park
The worst part of the experience was the space. What are literally 6 ft from cars traveling at a +50 mph with nothing between us and them but at 12 ft wooden privacy fence. I can't ever with rock for 5 minutes every time on semi drove by... At least it felt like it was that. I highly recommend you find another place to sleep this is not safe
The staff was always helpful. Grounds were kept up clean. When a better slot opened up we were offered chance to move. Neighbors were friendly as well. One lady has lived at the park over 20 yrs
Karen, the manager is amazing! Thank you for the accommodations and the friendly family like atmosphere there. If you’re looking for a spacious spot with an outdoor area to enjoy, this may not be the place but for a short stay it’s great. Laundry room is newer and clean and someone is always working hard on keeping the entire park area tidy! Really friendly neighbors and a good sense of community. Thanks again Karen!
I've been living here for years now and it's a great place! I've always felt very safe and both the manager and staff are really nice people. The staff always keep the park clean and quickly fix whenever we have problems like the water going out. People who live here are kind and respectful of each other's space. There is also a school bus stop at the park for kids to get taken to school (I actually helped make that happen). Speaking of, there is a high school only a mile away too that my brother goes to. Whether you're staying here for a week or years, Morehead Park will welcome you.
