We had a great time at this campground. We stayed for a week with friends and family. The tent site we had was beautiful and spacious. It was covered with trees and had a beautiful creek right behind us. The price for the sites includes 2 adults and 3 children. Each additional person is charged $18/day. There are so many fun things to do and the pool is absolutely beautiful. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful also. There wasn’t great cell phone service but isn’t that part of the camping experience? We hope to make this a tradition and come back every year. Thank you for a great vacation.

The check in process is probably the slowest I have seen. WiFi only at the store which isn’t ideal for those of us who may have to log on for work for a couple hours. The camp site we were on (411) is not level. I had to jack my trailer up so high that the tires were clear off the ground just to get somewhat level.

Sites are nice and wooded for privacy, the pool is awesome. The campground is clean. We will be back, but I’ve seen better processes at other campgrounds.

This was our 4th year in a row camping at Moose Hillock. We typically camp in the fall for the feast of Sukkot, although we have also camped in the summer so we could check out the massive pirate ship pool. We always have a great time. The facilities are extremely well maintained, the people are super nice, and the campground is peaceful. In the fall when there are less people camping, they space out campers, so you really get wilderness vibes, and its amazing. At night its quiet, dark, and tranquil. A few years ago we had a site for 10 days and unfortunately, it rained most of the trip. Our site was at the end of the road and the drainage would have been fine if we just had our popup, but we also had a tent and it wasn't great. I mentioned this when booking our site this year and they move us to a completely dry location with a spectacular view of the brook. Also, Joe who runs the place, went out of his way to let us use the pavilion for our bible study since it was pouring rain out, and even joined us! Honestly, I've never camped at a place so dedicated to making sure you have a good stay with them. We will most certainly be back.

Sites were on the outskirts of the campgrounds were huge and very secluded more so than all the other campgrounds I’ve been to so that was great! Staff was really friendly. The pool area was huge and really cool best part was that it was heated, could use a hot tub. Golf carts go extremely slow 5mph and i know its a campground but going that speed everywhere was ridiculous and the steering was extremely stiff for some reason. They need to bump up those carts to at least 10mph in my opinion. And the only place they had phone service was at the front near the office they need a booster or something, we all need a break from our phones im not against that but we need to be able to have the option to contact people within the campground at least. Overall a cute place to get away. Just need to fix a few small things in my opinion.

Went with family. Place was fun and the pool was great! Staff was friendly. Beautiful campground. The river trail was the highlight. The only issues we had was the amount of golf carts zipping down the camp roads. Some went safely but others went way too fast! There are many kids on bikes and the amount of cart travel seemed unsafe. Many driving the golf carts were kids! Also the dogs! The majority of them were quiet, but many consistently barked! We had a camper next to us that had one of those dogs. We notified the staff and they said they would take care of it, but not sure if they did. It never stopped! Way too much money to spend for a weekend to have that going on! A barking dog at 6 am is not acceptable!!
